At PASHA Bank, I work as a Product Designer within the payments and acquiring ecosystem, designing digital experiences for business customers as well as internal operational teams.
My work spans the full product design process — from understanding customer and business needs to defining flows, creating interfaces, validating solutions through research and usability testing, and collaborating with product, business, development and operational teams through delivery.

POS Terminal — Designed and improved the end-to-end merchant journey for ordering, managing, replacing, and servicing POS terminals.
mPOS & Smart Kassa — Worked on onboarding, activation, setup, cashier management, and payment acceptance experiences.
POS Panel — Designed dashboards that help merchants monitor terminals, transactions, turnover, refunds, and payment performance.
SİMA Pay — Worked on a biometric payment journey using face identification, account selection, and payment confirmation.
POS Installments — Designed merchant request and status-tracking flows for installment payment functionality.
E-commerce Onboarding — Simplified onboarding and activation for merchants using online payment services.
CRM & Internal Operations — Designed internal tools for processing merchant requests, approvals, operational statuses, and banking workflows.
Pricing Engine — Worked on internal tools for merchant pricing, profitability analysis, and decision support.
